Hi friends!! Hope you all enjoyed the sunny weekend weather... but since Tuesday is rearing it's gloomy head at us today, we thought the perfect pick-me-up would be part two of our fun install! Enjoy! Breakfast Room: before [caption id="attachment_13610" align="aligncenter" width="480"]image (26) Hello there, random window in the wall... This breakfast room is located between the kitchen and living room and was pretty lifeless when we arrived![/caption] Kitchen: before [caption id="attachment_13634" align="aligncenter" width="480"]image (35) We LOVE wood cabinets... however, these are extremely dense! Everything feels heavy over here![/caption]   image (37) image (40) Kitchen and Breakfast Room: after [caption id="attachment_13637" align="aligncenter" width="640"]photo 2323 Can we all just breathe a peaceful sigh?! How fabulous is this?! Ashley and I picked up this table on the France/ Belgium border and knew it was the perfect fit for this family! We added a custom bench (on hidden casters) and some fun rush seat chairs.[/caption] [caption id="attachment_13638" align="aligncenter" width="640"]photo 112 We removed the dark skinny cabinets on either side of the range, and added a striking new hood surrounded by sheer drapery. New sconces, paint, and calacatta reverse marble made this kitchen warm and inviting![/caption] [caption id="attachment_13640" align="aligncenter" width="636"]234235 don't roses just make you happy?[/caption] 234 Dining Room: before [caption id="attachment_13641" align="aligncenter" width="480"]image (56) This space was initially broken into two- one side was a dining room and the other was a seating area.[/caption] image (57) Dining Room: after [caption id="attachment_13648" align="aligncenter" width="640"]dr1 Instead of having two separate areas, we opted for one big dining room! We built a custom table and slip-covered it (in washable linen of course!)[/caption] [caption id="attachment_13654" align="aligncenter" width="639"]dr7 At both ends of the room, we paired some fabulous blue velvet chairs for a bit of drama! We loved this rustic gold cabinet to balance the crystal chandelier and glass bottles.[/caption] [caption id="attachment_13650" align="aligncenter" width="640"]dr3 Dreamy, right??[/caption] [caption id="attachment_13649" align="aligncenter" width="635"]dr2 I'm going to make a prediction... I'm betting that Heaven is filled with this drapery! It is even more beautiful in person![/caption] [caption id="attachment_13652" align="aligncenter" width="627"]dr5 On one wall, we had a large buffet and two sconces... our precious decorative painter stenciled out this detail around both sconces to add a little flare![/caption] [caption id="attachment_13658" align="aligncenter" width="669"]IMG_2090 love this fun detail! :)[/caption] Hope you enjoyed our fun dose of color on this dreary day! I'm praying for sunshine! Check back next week for our final post on this beautiful home! Have a great week everyone! jess-signature
