Hey y’all! I know it may seem like we’re jumping the gun a little bit, but we are all about some Christmas around here! The sweet girls of Hue Studio asked if they could use PARISH for the set of their holiday photo shoot. We thought this was a great chance to get a jump start on decorating the store for Christmas! If you don’t follow Hue on Instagram, you should! They instagrammed some great “behind the scenes” photos from the shoot…here is a preview!
Since the store was already decorated and we’re getting in the spirit, we decided to have one of our favorite photographers, Holland Williams, come in and take some cheery pictures for us!
One of our favorite brand of candles, Aquisse, has some delicious Christmas flavors and I just dare you to smell them and not want to burst out into Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas is You”! ….Oh, wait, is it just me that wants to do that? Oh well! The scents of the season available in PARISH are Monterey Pine, Winter Currant, Frankincense & Myrh and Cinnamon Tabac. Monterey Pine may or may not be a fixture in my home the day after Halloween…
One item we are all going crazy over and taking home for ourselves are P.Press gift tags. These are just adorable and we love the personal touch they add to a present. P.Press makes Christmas tags, birthday tags and tags for every day “happies.” Those are my favorite![caption id="attachment_7896" align="aligncenter" width="300"] I'll take one of each, please and thank you![/caption]
When it comes to Boxwoods, PARISH has got you covered. I’m sort of obsessing over these festive ones with the red ribbon. It adds a pop of Christmas color and cheer without being overwhelming.See that Ipad/Cookbook holder in the background? She's perfection! And would make a great Christmas gift for those chefs in your life![/caption]
I think this baguette board with moss filled seedling pots would be the perfect centerpiece down a table during the holidays. It’s a fresh take on a traditional candle centerpiece. This little guy is only $10![/caption]
And last, but not least, we can't forget the adorable lemonade stand that we turned into a hot cocoa stand! This is the perfect gift for the kiddos and we staged it with peppermint sticks, cinnamon sticks, big marshmallows and hot cocoa! Too cute! I wish I would have had that set up on the street corner as a kid. I know I would have racked up the moolah ;)Sweet Cates dropped by to try out the hot cocoa![/caption]
We are so excited Christmas is around the corner and hope this post gets y'all in the Christmas spirit! We will also be hosting our annual Christmas Open House! Check back for the date and get excited because December will bring posts with wish lists and giveaways! And speaking of giveaways...we will be choosing the winner of our recent giveaway in just a few days!
Until next time!
